All dog moms want to make sure their precious family members have healthy pet treats. In this recipe, we have a delicious AND healthy pet treat with a Halloween Twist!! The base of the recipe uses the pawTree Gourmet Baking mix. This not only saves time, but it ensures you have a tasty and healthy pet treat!
If you don’t have a mix on hand, you can use your favorite dog friendly flour such as oat flour and increase the baking soda!
This recipe produces a moist cake style treat. It has an optional Icing that can be colored for fun holiday colors. If you want to do muffin size treats ( like I did) or a small cake, this is the PURRRFECT recipe! My head taster LOVED these treats with and without the icing.
