About the Pawsitive Dog Mom
What I believe……..
I believe that you should find a way to live your passions and design. I am passionate about my pets and I knew that I wanted to find a way to make this world a better place for our pets. Through my blog, social media and pet health and wellness business, I help other dog moms fetch their very best lives by having happy and healthy pets! It brings me so much joy. I am living the perfect projector life!
A bit more about me……
As a woman, I wear many hats, but my most important and favorite role is a dog mom. I love being a dog mom.
What is a dog mom?
In my opinion, A dog mom is someone that prioritizes the health, happiness and well-being of her dog(s) over everything. You can always easily identify a dog mom because everything is always about her pups.
We changed our entire life once we adopted our pups. We even moved for them! I just wanted to make sure my pups were able to live their best lives!
Sure, I LOVE my husband, I am crazy about him. 17 years of marriage has been amazing. In all honesty, I think he loves our dogs more than me so I guess that makes him a dog dad. I can’t blame the guy! There are so many dogs to love!
We have 11, by the way, so I can definitely offer a very unique perspective on being a dog mom. (Yea – 11 dogs)
Once I became a dog mom, I was very focused on animal advocacy. I used my rockstar photography skills to help local dogs in need in my business Cuddlebug Photography. I donated my professional services to the DFW Humane Society and Irving Animal Care Campus for over 6 years. I still love to photograph, but I don’t do it professionally anymore.
I fostered, I rescued, I donated and I shared. Being a good dog mom means having a heart for dogs. Get involved with rescue or anything that supports the pooches that need us!
My day job, well – I am a teacher. I have a passion for creating! I love to design graphics and templates. I love sewing, crafting, design and embroidery. In fact, I LOVE creating super cool dog mom SWAG.
I love nature and critters. We live on a Creek and always refer to our life as creek life. So really, I am rocking the dog mompreneur creek life ?
As a teacher, of course I LOVE to learn! I am currently working on my BG5 Human Design Certification at the BG5 Institute. I am currently on a health and wellness journey of my own and love to share health and fitness tips and tricks.
